Messed up wing

One of my darkling beetles I found with a messed up wing, will he survive? And will the others attack him? I have another with a bit of a damaged wing who is doing fine, but not as bad as this one.

No pigmentation in one wing, a little bit frayed as well ?
Other than that Beetle Looks Good to Go.
Should be able to adapt and persevere.

Update: he is doing fine now, his wings have darkened and it makes it easier to see the damage, he is missing almost half of one of his wings and they are not straight, but it doesn't affect him at all. Thank you to all who answered and hope your beetles are happy as well!
