mature female?

if a t. lays an egg sac does that mean its mature? when i first got my rosehair it laid an egg sac about 1 week later It had not been bred and the eggs were infertile so she ate them. and she molted around a month later. does this mean she is mature? the T. i got that I believe to be a male is slightly larger than her which makes me wonder.

I would say if a female is capable of producing eggs, she is mature. I don't believe size has anything to due with maturity.

well actually what she did was barricaded herself in her hide after about a week she broke it down and brought out a dime sized ball of silk I figure this was the remains of an eggsac. i don't think it could have been anything else it was bright white. and it was a solid ball of silk and hard as a rock when i pulled it out
