Howdy yall, Ol'boy here. The first day I got my Chilean rose she seemed to chew on her Pedipalps's, I just considered it a normal thing. However, she's doing it again and this time random legs are lifting at different points and her Chellicerae are rubbing together, as well are he fangs flexing at random points in this odd sort of trance. She does it for minutes at a time then stops for long periods, then picks it up again. She ate just two days ago, so is this a sign of hunger? Maybe a molting thing? A tooth ache? ( The last one is humor, com one. ) :? Any guesses from the local professional T' keepers?

That's just normal cleaning, doing a little preening. Especially after eating.

She's grooming herself. All Ts do it. It's interesting to watch and perfectly normal. :)

I bet if you tasted with your feet you'd clean them 3 times a day too! I know i would.
