Hey congratulations on the molt. I'm glad it wasn't anything more serious.
I'm assuming, since you didn't know what it was, that this is your first molt? If you didn't already know, you need to leave the T alone for at least a couple of weeks (for an adult) make sure it has water but do not feed it during that time. Eventually your T will stop all the weird stretching and spidey yoga and start acting normal again. When you see it taking normal position like it's waiting for food to stumble bye, then you can start offering food again. Probably 2-3 weeks.
