This was one of the largest spiders that I have seen. It appeared to be a giant huntsman of some sort. I could not make out what it was holding (eating?):

for me, it looks like she is holding an eggsack.

Thank you for these photos that were so beautifully chronicled. With such a bevy of beauty capatured here, I wouldn't even know where to start commenting you or complimenting specifically, so I'll just start with the Rafflesia flowers, randomly. I'm sure it was well worth the 45 minute trek to see them! I can only hope to one day have such an experience of nature.
