Wow... I never knew that a vinegaroon was a half-scorpion, half-spider and was also a deadly reptile. It's amazing what you can learn from ignorant people. Good thing he had his anti-venom on hand or, like he said, he would have been dead in ten minutes! He was pretty calm for a guy staring death in the face.
