Anyone know where I can get a list of popular species growth rates all in one place?

Well, you can look at growth rates either here or on petbugs.com.

It's not in the form of a list, but the caresheets list growth as slow or fast. And that's about the best I think you're gonna get.

Also, it's not a set in stone thing. Some species are going to be super-slow growers (Grammostola and the like) while some are generally known to be fast growers (A. geniculata was discussed just today here) but, largely it depends on how often they eat. The term 'power-feeding' is often used when people want T's to get big faster, and some people will slow down the diet of males they hope to breed, in order to slow the growth process (if perhaps they think the female may be molting soon, or is too small to breed yet)

does power feeding means just feed it as much as it can take or is there some kind of a system

Power feeding.
Offer food as often as possable. Keep feeding till they stop eating.
I offer our slings food daily to fatten them up.
I would like to get them big enough for bigger enclosiers. :D
You'd be amazed at how much a 1/2 bug can eat.
Just don't leave a whole bunch of prey items in to stress them.
Offer a few, let them eat, then offer more.
