HAHAHAHA!!!!! See you after the heart attack......:eek:

I can see why you don't like the venison in Texas, though...the flavor changes according to what they've been feeding on. Here, we have mostly corn and beans...the upper penninsula deer taste more like the pines and acorns...so we hunt down in the "mitten"....
Seriously, though --- game meat is better tasting and WAY healthier than "store bought".....that stuff only tastes like what you marinate it in. {D
lol..yeah..I'm either gonna die from one or live forever..no inbetween.
i just cant get into game meat of any kind.
my wifes friends father is an exotic game hunter and travels the world to hunt and eat exotic game.
he has shipped us all kinds of specialty deers/moose/pheasant, etc..and i inevitably end up throwin it out.

as fas as domesticated store bought stuff, i never marinate meat..it ruins the flavor..a carefully cooked meat is delightful!
i just eat mine fred flintstone style.:}

i have considered, however, that people/if eaten, may actually need marinating.:?

I encountered one of these outside my condo last year, and found it dead on the street a few days later.

Just get yer shotgun and bring it home for some good stew!

I wouldn't want these around my house any more than raccoons..
They like to mess with house cats
