Lobster Roaches

For those of you that have a colony of Lobster roaches going, I have a few questions.

Do the STINK at all?

Do they fly often when disturbed?

Are/can they become a Pest species?

I've never noticed any smell coming from my colony at all, but I also clean the tank out frequently. I've also never seen any of them fly (though they are rather talented glass climbers). I'm not sure if they can become a pest or not, they certainly breed fast enough to become a nuisance if they got loose in your house. I contain mine with a thick coating of vaseline around the top of the enclosure and a locking screen top.
