Here's a shot of one of my A. avicularia mature males "charging his palp". He is a one armed bandit, matured with only 1 palp, but he sure does get the job done with relatively no problems.
Sorry if it's not perfectly clear, It's a pic from the outside of the cage.

That is a great picture. I wish mine would hurry up and charge his palps so they can get some action together.

Once a male T has collected his sperm from the sperm web, how long until it goes away or wares off? like how long does he have to find a female?

I wonder what makes the male T ejaculate ?
The construction of the sperm web ?
Some hormone triggered by web building or the ultimate molt ?
Anybody know?
