anyone know if these are highly venomous or not?with the size of these trapdoors and some of the other more dangerous traps out there im wondering how hot these are.thanks
I'm not completely sure, Jordan. Wikipedia mentions that they lack a venom gland and duct but then again, Wikipedia isn't infallible. Do you know of any lit on the Mesothelae that's available online? I need to read something besides message board stuff (not that that stuff is bad or anything ) before I get any.But, David, are you sure they don't have venom glands or just the venom ducts through their chelicera to deliver the venom from their glands. This is what I had read, but I'd like to know for sure...

Mesothelae do not have any toxicological interest as venom glands are lacking
