Fortunately it's not just me. Found a kitten in the fridge the other evening. Fridge now sports CATS? sign in very bold letters.

I did that by accident once. Came home from work and there was a mewing coming out of the fridge. The kitten was fine, she made a big warm dent in the carrot cake. She must have gotten in when I was making lunch...

And, my son found a 2" tarantula (A. reversum) in the laundry pile.

It was a wild one. This was in East County San Diego. Unfortunately it died...
