Is the T Cribs 18x12x12 the largest acrylic enclosure we're aware of? I need a really big one, but of course that one's pricy.

Acrylic that large warps badly. I have an 8x8x12 slider crib I can barely get open now. Then I bought the “no warp lid” for another $20. Haven’t gotten it in to review yet.

Thanks very much. Were you using it with a humid species? I am planning on keeping this enclosure dry with a water dish, not sure if that would help.

Yes, I keep part of enclosure moist. I’m sure a drier species would help, but I fear 18” acrylic would still bow over time. I also have the enclosure whose lid sits on the top with strong magnetics (ironically for a more arid species), 8x8x8, and I prefer that to the slider.

I like the kind where it sits on top as well. Even if it were to warp slightly it would probably still close. Their new xl terrestrial is that type.
