Lampropelma violaceopes

I have a Lampropelma violaceopes little over a year old, male, very skinny and very shy, not sure if he is eating or not, I have never seen him eat, and the crickets all die that i put in his cage. He is not getting any bigger in the abdomin. Is this the male's nature, surly he hasnt yet matured. any suggestions would gladly be appriciated.

im not sure both of my girls eate adult dubias and looks slim i think it just may be the species (ps u gonna sell him soon?)

Does it look like this? If it does, then it's matured. Most mature males don't each much, if at all. All their energy goes for breeding females.
