are they tityus? lol i guess i misjudged the "horn" but either way fanstastic looking specimens, ive got a dead/dried male D. tityus that i found in MD but i kept it for a bit, he was fun to watch, itd be quite interesting if i found one of the chocolate morphs.

is the dark morph a sub-sp or just and odd color morph like you get with g. rosea or with p. murinus?

there are some buprestids, and lots of the nice blue tiger beetles.
the one that you asked about being a click beetle is actually a bark gnawing beetle..but similar in many ways, indeed!
the jeweled scarabs are the P vindex, as mentioned below..they are my favorite native Beetle.
I found dozens of various other beetles, as well as some primitive scarab carrion eaters..Trox sabulosus, i think.
I have private access to tons of private undisturbed mountain property out there..and there's no telling what can be found out there!
I have heard of some of my contacts out there finding blue and red Gloriosa's which are supposedly ultra rare, and a fluke, not a color form.

definitely a beetle lover here!!..if you get a chance go see some of my exotics in my Invert thread! http://www.arachnoboards.com/ab/showthread.php?t=98821

i will post more pics of some of my favorite catches.:)
