I couldn't tell you but I wouldn't rely on it. I would stick to the boards here for T trading..

I think Ca 2,5-3cm tells about the size of the spider

Ca = About (not sure)
2,5-3cm = 1" - 1,2"

ca is short for circa, meaning "close to"

2,5 - 3 cm means 2.5 to 3 centimeters. 2.54 centimeters is one inch.

KL might be "Körperlänge", which means body length.

Yep, as the others said KL means body length. That's the common way to describe the size of a T in Germany. We don't use legspan.
"ca." is an abbrreviation for circa which means as much as "roughly, about".

Just for your info:
WF = Wildfang which means wild caught.
NZ = Nachzucht which means captive bred.
DNZ = Deutsche Nachzucht which means captive bred in Germany (but most use only NZ anyway).
