no need to stress over it everything the sling is doing is totally normal. just make sure its water dish is always full
It's making a burrow.....in t terms, it's building a home.if that’s the case, then why does it keep digging holes from the right and left instead of digging out from the front of the hide where it blocked it with substrate?
Setting up its burrow the way it wants it to be, probably wants more room below the surface but can't dig down due to the low level of substrate as mentioned by @Wolfram1, so is digging to the side instead.if that’s the case, then why does it keep digging holes from the right and left instead of digging out from the front of the hide where it blocked it with substrate?

NOMy juvenile L. Parahybana is still burrowed and I noticed it’s been rubbing its legs together for some time now while standing still. Is this is a sign of a near moult?
