So my first T arrived on Wednesday, I had a look at their den earlier today and noticed there was a bit of webbing left around the entrance to it. I guess I wanted to ask if this was normal behavior for a juvenile t in a new enclosure.

My adult g pulchripes 4 female did that. Shed lay some lines of silk at the entrance. Then she would come out at night. And then back in her hide and redo it.

since autumn though, she full on dirt packed everything and shes probably gone in hiding for year. Im trying to not get my hopes up.

Protective Barrier, First line of defense, etc.
I'm assuming that's normal and not necessarily indicative of feeling unsafe?

Also, I just saw him/her come out of the hide and start lining some of the outside of it with webbing which was cool to watch!
