She's a beauty! I bought two of them for my wife for her birthday (they're still little) but they're awesome. Watching them eat is a hoot because mine have grabbed crickets out of the air when I have dropped them in.

thanks! :)

I'm glad, I hope I have her for a long time...

She's only eaten one cricket in the short time I've had her, so in a week or so I'll get to see how she eats whens she's not pre-molt :p

My first T, a g. rosea which is I got just over a month ago, didn't eat at all for the first 3 weeks... then s/he started to... now yesterday I dropped a cricket in there, and s/he had it in his/her fangs within 2 seconds! Helps that the cricket jumped straight into her hide.

this is not right.

You get a t and it not only flops over in front of you, but gives you a perfectly nice exuvium to sex out as female! Now let's make this about me. In the last week, 17 of my t's have molted, and I obtained exactly 2 (yes, two!) molts that were either large enough or intact enough to sex. Of course, the only female is a B. albopilosum (because I really wanted a male!), and my B. emilia is a male (because I was really hoping for a female). All three of my GBB's molted, and they turned their molts into little boluses of goo or ate them. They're now very pretty, and very unsexed. I am going to go pout in a corner. (Congrats on your female! I'll probably end up with 3 males for you given my current luck!)

Hey IBT,

What part of Boise do you live in? I am looking for someone in the Boise area with a decent collection of T's that I can view. I am looking at getting some more T's, but as you know the LPS around here are lame and I would like to see (in person) something other than Pink Toes and Rosies.
