So today I fed my Hasarius adansoni for the first time in a few weeks. It took the cricket down like it normally would, and after it was done eating, I left it in for another stretch just in case. Then I took the carcass out and there were still 'cricket guts' inside. (The jumping spider's abdomen was noticeably larger after it ate, by the way). Any idea why she may have done this?
