Hi, can someone help me with my phidippus regius egg sac? She is sitting on it for 17 days. For the last 2 days she has been leaving it frequently, but returns at the slightest disturbance. Can I take the sac away from her now and put it in an extra container? Or should I leave it in there until the little ones hatch?

The safest approach is to wait until the mother completely abandons the sac before transferring it. If you must transfer sooner, do so with extreme caution and only when the mother has temporarily left on her own. So yes you can transfer just now.
