At least you get to see your fossorial slings.
I put the "starter burrow" in the corner pretty close to the glass, by poking my finger down about 3/4" and it took a liking to it about a week after rehousing it. The top half above the picture you can't see it, but it eventually dug to the side 🙂

I see every one of my fossorials. I set the cork bark and the pre burrow up in a way that forces them build down and back. They build burrow next to the glass/acrylic. Always catch them down there doing weird things.

Fatter than Jupiter!
Lol I know right? It wasn't this fat like 2 weeks ago at all. After the last two feedings it just decided to blow up like a balloon, it took a cricket yesterday no problem! But I'm assuming a molt would be soon. It hasn't molted in my care yet and it's been about a month and a half since I got it.

EDIT:
I just looked now after I posted this reply to you, Its been a few hours since the original post, and it just molted 🤘

I don't handle my T's but my versicolor decided to go for a stroll today while rehousing into a slightly bigger enclosure. Love the blue/greens.

My GBB sling drinking water after a molt. First time I actually witnessed it drinking from the dish.

E. murinus is now a juvenile showing off the new suit peeking out of it's burrow. Rehousing to a new enclosure in the next couple days after it hardens and gets a meal.

Here's a measurement of my suspect male vittata after a molt this week. Easily 5" when fully stretched.

After raising the hamorii for 2.5 years, I finally know the sex! Female! 🥳

This molt clearly shows a spermatheca, but the last molt didn't show anything at all. At the 3-3.5" mark it became unmistakable, but before then I couldn't tell at all.

@cold blood This is the vittata after this last molt. I don't have a ventral pic just yet (it runs and hides if I move the cage) but this T is larger than 5". It is not very dull, but it is not yet very brightly contrasted either. It looks to be about 5.5"-6" Will update. Thanks.
