So the other night "Rosie" (I know how original right?) was laying down leaning to one side but not completely on her side, not moving. I've heard that when moulting they usually go belly up and in some rare cases on their side. She was for the most part on her belly, so I figured she was on her way out.
Working a graveyard shift I'm up all night, so I checked on her periodically. For most of the night she didn't move at all, but wouldn't you know it at 5 am she had completely moulted. I could not believe how beautiful she had become, what with the darker hair and the pinkish hues, all with a new smaller leg where there once was none from a previous bad moult.
Any way I just thought I would share my excitement and a snap shot.
