is this a scrofa or rosea RCF?

Further question on this subject:

Sorry if this is thread-jacking but it seems relevant. Can someone tell me if Scrofa's have a grey color phase? I have a little (3"+) rosea and i'm wondering now if it may be a p scrofa. It's hard to tell the mirror patch shape on this one because of a pretty scruffy abdomen. If scrofa's do come in grey i'll post another pic.

Etiquette question: should i have started this in a new thread?

By the way, I`m a little bit amused about people who think they can identify the species of a T definetly with a photo. Espacially with such bad ones.
I`m not that shure, that you really have a scrofa. That`s just what every arachnologist would tell you....
Think of avicularia species mess...
I'm willing to bet you $100 US that it's P.scrofa

Nah, that's a P. Scrofa. I really like mine, she's a sweet girl. IMO, they are even better looking than G. Rosea's and are maybe even worth a little bit more money because they are not as easy to find.

I think G.rosea RCFs are harder to find.

I will say that T looks to me like a P Scrofa, why?? because the light patch in the abdomen, the Rosea doesn't have that, Novak is right

@alakdan: me and the guy i traded with met face to face. i even asked if it was a p.scrofa because i had a hunch its not an RCF rosea by the looks of it. He said NO its not a p.scrofa, it is an RCF. what i did was just to trust this guy. in my mind was "hobbyists won't make a fool of a fellow hobbyists" but i was wrong. it was dumb for me to think that this guy knows more about tarantulas than me. :wall: until now he is still denying that this is not a scrofa but an RCF instead. i think you know him. i'll just tell you about it when we get to meet again :)

@etown_114: what made me think was the mirror patch on its abdomen, if it crescent shaped, the abdomen is not really round but a little elongated. and if the sides of the abdomen has this marking like a tiger, i mean it has zigzag shape of dark and light colors then it must be a p.scrofa. and yeah the carapace looks a little different.. i'm no expert so please anyone correct me if i'm wrong :D
