Here in Canada,they are apparently illegal...however there are a few stores round here that sell them.Plus I know of a Canadian supplier as well...so I dunno if they really are illegal or if it is just not inforced.

Technically, everything on this site is illegal under USDA regs with the big three (Tarantulas, scorps and centis) being unenforced. However, the only specimens that are being confiscated ATM is new stock coming into the country.

I've heard some rumors that they're not confiscating anymore for whatever reason, but I can't confirm this.
