Is increased appetite a good sign for breeding?

I've noticed that after breeding my N. incei female has developed a ravenous appetite, Is this a good sign that she's gravid? I feed her a couple of medium meal worms a day. The male also seems to be uninterested in mating with her after the first 2 times and she just chases him out.

More food = more resources in the spider's abdomen = more eggs produced

What I'm asking is if the fact that she has an increased appetite a good sign that she is gravid.
I wouldn't say it's a good sign, as I've had small non-mature females become absolute beasts when it came to eating out of nowhere.

When doesn't an incei have a great appetite? Not sure you could exactly tell with them.
