Is household dust dangerous to tarantulas?

Just tried to rehouse my Omothymus violaceopes sling and it bolted. Ran and hid down the side of a cabinet. Just cupped it and it’s covered in the thick fluffy dust, should I try and clean it off or just wait? Bearing in mind this is a fast old world, not sure that I want to risk losing it again? Any thoughts on dust being dangerous?

It'll be fine.

It's not like there's never been dust anywhere else in the world before ;-)

It'll groom itself to clean up.

thank you very much, I just wasn’t quite sure if it could affect it in anyway but it seems to be doing fine

Dust bunnies are natural predators of the Singapore blue.

Or... Am I thinking of something else?

Shouldn't pose any risk:)
