Revisiting this thread, what in heck are lawmakers thinking when they crank out those laws? Do they ever take into account the LEOs point of view? Dog poop patrol? 5 ton load limit ahead? Right, we always have a 5 ton scale in every cruiser. No, not a caution notice. it's in the VC, public safety ordinance. Or one that broke my brain back in the day, a quite park, off by herself, a woman breast feeding a fussy baby... Lewd and or lascivious conduct? And a couple thousand more mind numbing tasks in the VC and PC in amongst the actual crimes.
