Chances are, it could be an aphonopelma caniceps. I have one myself and it looks quite similar to this one. Also, from my experiences, the colors on this tarantula vary a great deal between molts.

My first impression was A. hentzii or a similar Aphonopelma species. I would definitely rule out G. rosea, G. pulchra, B. albopilosa, and L. parahybana. It just does not look like any of those species. Could be A. anax also.
