ID needed for scorpion from Ecuador

I recently got back from a short trip in Ecuador, and among all the interesting invertebrates there I found these.

Found in the amazon region in Ecuador. They behave and look very similar to the Scorpio maurus fuscus I know from home, but these guys live in horizontal tunnels they dig in walls of mud. I like their bluish shine on the head and chelae.
Any idea which species are they?

Great pictures, it's probably a Chactidae sp. of some kind from the genus Chactas or Teuthraustes, getting a more exact ID will not be easy.
