ID-ing 3 scorpions and differences between species

Hello I have 3 “hot” scorps but idk whether they are Androctonus crassicauda / A. bicolor / parabuthus transvaalicus.

Please help me ID these 3 specimens.

The first scorpion is an Androctonus species, it does not look like crassicauda but it appears to be one of the Moroccan species, e.g., mauritanicus.

The second and third scorpions are Parabuthus transvaalicus.
