I checked on "vibe" this morning and found an un eaten alive mealworm (which ran back down the tunnel) vibe wasn't interested in eating it so when I see it next I will remove it. Is there anything I need to look for to see if the little guy/girl is about to moult?

Do not feed live meal worms or live super worms. Offer them as prekill.

If its not eating, and constantly refusing food, stop feeding. For atleast two weeks.

Its time to observe your tarantula and watch videos that talk about premolt.

Its really hard to pinpoint a spot on premolt that is “default” for all tarantulas. You have different species, age, size, sex, weather, environmental specs.

With experience, you can tell when a tarantula is on stand bay. The exact molting stage can be on days or years.
