i dug out my t albo sling thinking it was dead

this was how it looked on february 17th

and this is it now
for pretty much all this time it only ate twice and then dug a burrow and sealed the entrance, then it was in the same position for 3 days straight and wouldn't budge even if the enclosure moved, now I dug it up and it was extremely sluggish and probably in premolar

this is my first sling and I'm worried i stressed it out too much

Sometimes you'll go months without seeing some terrestrials. That's why they call em' "pet holes." Don't ever dig them up, though... lesson learned.

Your spider is very fat and does not need anymore food in order to molt. Just leave her be and try to be patient. Make sure there is water available.

Given it's size it is likely trying to molt.
