I have a a. gigas and I accidentally dropped her maybe 2-3 feet above the tile floor. She fell curled up. She was moving around fine afterwards and I didn't notice any injuries on her. However, I noticed there were clear liquid drops coming from her mouth. How likely is it that she will survive? I feel like she might be okay, but I read somewhere that someone dropped their millipede and although there were no visible injuries it died a few days later. What were the clear liquid drops? What caused them to come out? I tried to find out answers about the drops coming from her mouth but I can't really find anything.

I had the same situation with gigas, my millipede died, but it fell to a higher altitude.
clear liquid possibly is hemolymph. roughly speaking, an analogue of blood. Although there may be no external damage, she may have been injured inside. Or maybe it's some kind of saliva, if you say it's fine so far.

Sorry to read this, an unfortunate accident indeed.
Great Care needs to be taken with these Fragile Creatures.
