This afternoon i went to rehouse my Female B. boehmei. All was well until she decided to bail out of the new container onto the kitchen floor. And that was not eggs that came out. I patched her up as best as i cold and nos she is in ICQ . I do not expect her to make it but gonna try to save her.
so learn from this . even people whop have been keeping Ts for a long time screw up.
What I should have done is place the new container on the floor and move her into it from ground level. if she bailed she would not have popped.

I'm sorry to hear that. I had a glass vial accidently roll over a tiny true spider I had. Wasn't a T, but sure didn't make me feel any better. :wall:

One reason I'm attracted to the arboreals. I know it's no guarantee that they won't get hurt from a fall, but I'd to get used to something more durable before I get any of the heavy terrestrials.

I know I can't help, but I really hope she pulls through.

I would assume it to be a lie if someone very experienced came here and said that they have never done something, even if by accident, that caused the injury/death of a T. i'm guilty on several counts..
