If anyone sees somebody selling a female sp. "Hercules", do yourself a favor and buy it.

A few months back I saw a 4" female going for $50. It was listed as undescribed but the importer was calling it Hercules. I talked to the vendor and he said it's undescribed and the importer told him they were calling it Hercules. A friend of mine coined the term "fakecules" 🤣

I'm not going to speculate on what i have, but it's likely a Niger Delta. Maybe someone better versed can confirm.

She is going to be a formidable tank one day. Sorry for the pictures. I was able to sneak up on her a little before she meandered back to her burrow.

H gigas are perfect for water setups as they will go underwater for a while.

What about your species?

"Fakecules" is definitely the right term, at least they didn't charge an insane amount of money for it. Like the other vendors that charge you a dumb amout for a "fakecules"

I agree. I wouldn't spend an arm and a leg for an undescribed sp. I should've prefaced this post by saying (buy if it's cheap lol) Hysterocrates are pretty cheap anyways
