How often should i water my tarantulas(without the waterdish)

Depends on the species, though a waterdish takes away the guesswork. Are they slings in enclosures too small for a waterdish? If not, I'd just opt for the waterdish

Its a c.darlingi and an obt, both have small enclousers a water dish is too big

Well then I'm not too much help since I don't work with OWs. I thought they both liked to be kept predominantly dry though, so I would just wet a small portion of their substrate (maybe 1/4 of the substrate in their enclosures) and they can drink from that when they need to. Since they're both on the faster side and can be a bit defensive or flighty, it wouldn't hurt to put them in larger enclosures than you might for a NW sling so that you can add a water dish. Then you wouldn't even have to worry about how often you need to offer water

I use a small water bottle cap for a water dish for my deli cup baby. (feathered baboon) Is it smaller than a deli cup? How about a toothpaste cap? Congrats on the new T's!

Are both in burrowing setups? How large are each of them?

I personally do not have water dishes in with my slings. Just not convenient for me. I lightly mist the walls of the enclosure once per week to give them drinking water. This is not for humidity! It is just for drinking, and you van very well expect it to be completely evaporated within a day or two. That is fine. The only downside to this method is that the spider of course freaks out if you spray them directly. Which is why I asked if they are in burrowing setups. If they have established burrows, then they'll simply retreat underground when you spray.

Just moisten a small area of sub and repeat when it dries out, they get most of their water from prey anyway.
