how often do spiderlings molt

I have a 1" goliath and I was wondering if anyone knew about how often they molt. and since they're prone to bad molts is there any tips on how to increse the humidity.

I don't have a blondi, but the frequency of molts for any species depends a lot on temperature and amount fed.

A couple of my smaller spiderlings were only molting once every couple months until I boosted the temp about 8 or 9 degrees, and now they're molting every 4 - 6 weeks.

T. blondi molts often, in fact I am still taken back by how fast they can grow. They will molt every few weeks if coditions are correct. If Aphonopelma is the snail of molting then Theraphosa is the cheetah.

you can cover the T's terarium with plastic wrap.
The more surface you cover the higher the humudity will get.
BUT you must be carefull with the air circulation...
