Usaly slings will molt every month or so but as time goes on it will take longer to molt. My avic, minatrix went dark on the legs and dull looking abdomin and also heavly webbed the plastic plant I use.

As your LP goes he/she will grow very fast, I bot mine 3 months ago at 1" and has molted twice in that time, first grew from 1" to 3" then just molted this tuesday and is now 4.5" they look nice as they grow.

Good luck.

They might be in pre-molt.

They might not be in pre-molt.

Only time will tell.

Yeah as said above time will tell.

Avics being arborial tend to web quite often, being cork-bark or plastic plant, almost anything pretty much, your LP being terrestrial will web sometimes when eating, inside thayr hide and other objects now and again, always in heavily in pre-molt ie molting mat. Hope this helps a bit am sure someone will fill some gaps if needed.

My Lp sling hardly webs at all and it still molts just fine. Now while I can't comment on your A avic's webbing tendencies, I'd say it'll be just fine too ;)
