How often (and how much to feed) a “sun adult” Asian forest scorpion?

My Asian forest scorpion is doing well and eating every time I offer food. He’s was sold as a sub adult Malaysian blue claw and is already over 5” when I had the chance to measure him alongside his tank.

So far I’ve offered large crickets and a super worm. I try to feed Dr Claw 2 crickets a week (once on Monday another on Thursday) or a super worm to shake it up. He’s wondering around his enclosure regularly and always grabs up food fast when I offer. Is this a good feeding schedule or should I keep feeding him until he refuses? I’ve found a lot of conflicting “care guides” online so I figured I’d ask here. Thanks for any input.

Im no scorpion keeper, but continuously feeding food until they refuse sounds unnecessary.

I’d feed one prey item once a week max. Less if he regularly refuses (especially when adult).

I feed mine whenever I think to do it. No schedule whatsoever. As long as they're a healthy weight it's fine.

feeding constantly until they refuse food just means they'll spend longer fasting later. frequency depends on prey size, but assuming you're feeding crickets in the 1" range, once a week is plenty.

You don't need a schedule, just feed whenever you feel like as long as he is a health size, you can keep on feeding until he refuse food since he's a sub adult
