Damm 57 days is a long time wont she starve?
Nope not at all. T's have the amazing ability to literally go months without food. It's totally normal.
I found her molt in her burrow on Saturday and Yesterday she dug herself out and is sitting at the entrance to her burrow. I'm not sure what exact day she molted so I'll wait about two weeks till her fangs turn black and then attempt to feed her. If she's ready.

You need to get more tarantulas, terrestrial ones. Then you'll always be able to see at least one while the rest are hiding.

Brachypelma hamorri or any Brachypelma or Grammostola would be a good starting point

Just give it some time, maybe he'll relent.
You'll want more T's because of times like this when your T is hiding for a couple of months.
