How long do I have to wait?

Well, things are looking positive for my Usambara breeding effort. My female has entirely webbed herself in and the webbing is opaque. It looks like there is a large clump also at the top (possibly an eggsac?)
What I'm wondering is, if it is an eggsac, how long do the eggs take to hatch? and is there any special considerations I should take for them?

with P.murinus it usualy takes about 70 days for them to be 2nd instar(ready to dispearse)
