Sugar/Honey
Base - Red Bull or other energy drink (to mix the meds)
Secret ingredient - stroke medication

General concept - the antibiotics irritate the spiders stomach and cause their appetites to kick in strong causing them to want to kill and eat. Plus the cocktail of other stuff, gives them energy, protects them from pain, etc.

Try playing pump-up music like the Rocky theme and showing it videos of Arnold Schwarzenegger being fantastic to make it feel jealous. Then it'll have the intrinsic motivation and drive to succeed.

The sequencing is the easy part - I can handle that in a weekend. Just gimme some fresh sample tissue.
