I like cake. And I like pirates. But I absolutely loves cakes that look like pirates. That picture makes me want to eat a chinchilla. Thank you, Josh. You've made my day.

I wouldn't constitute the term "right" in their ability to ban those herps. They have the right to propose it but if the public shows strong distaste towards the bill, they really can't pass it. Look into USARK! They've generated thousands of emails, calls, and letters! You can change a lot of people's minds! You should use the USARK contacts to protest as well. It works!Thomas,
I didn't say anything would change with a ban. Nothing ever does. Of course there will still be people who will skirt the law. I just said the state has every right to institute a ban.
We can either cooperate with the systems in place or keep these animals illegally. Probably best to cooperate. You may not agree with the way a lot of things are done but unless you are able to change a lot of minds you just have to deal with it.
Perhaps you were watching a documentary of India. Or perhaps surrounding Asia and Africa? There was a show on tv a few years ago of a guy that caught 3 cobras that were found loose around someones house. I wouldnt put it past anyone to let something loose these days.
