Hissing Roach Issue

So my roach has been super heavy and eating a lot, so I'm thinking she's pregnant. However, she looks like this... She has for around a month now, which is worrying me. Does anyone have any idea what this could be?

I’ve seen similar with dubia but I lost track because I have too many . Just keep an eye on it hopefully you get babies .

Is she carrying an ootheca? My dubia females carry around the egg case in the abdomen like that, I'm not super familiar with this species, though.

She is pregnant... the carry a large white egg sack. You will see her push it out occasionally. She is fine.
