My stripe knee hasn’t come out in a while. They are in their hide but they closed off the entrances. I put a heat source but I’m still kind of worried. This is my first tarantula so Im just a little spooked. Any advice? <3

Remove the heat source for sure if it is under the tank. And I curious why you added it in the first place is your house below the 60’s?

Tarantulas don’t hibernate by the way. It has sealed itself off likely in preparation for an upcoming molt, there’s nothing you can, should, or do, other than just wait. Keep the water dish full in the meantime.

It will come out, likely not before its ready.

Just for the OP to know this, he's managed to read we don't recommend heat sources. The reason being is Tarantulas gravitate to heat sources like mosquitos to zappers, they go close enough and they end up getting cooked. Just FYI. Take the heat matt off, and just provide water, and don't feed it again or offer food until it comes back out of the hide. Recently my white knee was barricaded like this for 44 days. It came out just fine, and hungry.
