It's pre molt and the substrate is not very good for digging. What about a proper hide?

I just give her two tube, i do not have cork bark or something for hiding. But she most times digging. How many time take to molt? (average)

Typical behavor is to dig a Tunnel and wait for prey passing by. Therefor it's one of the core needs!

Premolt depends on size. Can take something inbetween a few weeks and up to a month or two since it's small.

Things going to die in there. Needs damp substrate to burrow in

The substrate needs to be damp throughout, and it needs a proper hiding place that it can dig under.
In your enclosure it can’t properly hide, and it can’t dig a tunnel because of these chunks in the substrate. Better to get fine coco fiber instead of these chunks.
Also, you recently got it. It makes sense that it doesn’t want to eat immediately, especially in an enclosure like this. It’s very stressed out. Don’t disturb it too much. Scorpions only have to eat once a week anyway.

I give her damp, then i noticed that the scorpion swim in water dish. Is it normal? coz she has 100% damp substrate anymore. (i saw a white thing on the water dish, i guess its scorpiom poop)

It's normal for Heterometrus to bath or even "swim"
The tubes are kinda small, try to give it a bigger hide

This species needs deep moist soil - moist all the way through, and diggable. This enclosure is not at all appropriate for this animal, and will likely kill the scorpion if it's not corrected very soon.

Can you give it a start to burrow that won't colaps? (Usually a small piece of cork bark but whatever, some sticks)
Optimum is that the bottom is wer and stays wet, don't hesitate to give it a good watering every then and now, then misting is fine.

Appriciate your effort ;)

It’s better for the moment, but you should definitely replace the substrate with something more appropriate as soon as you can. The chipped wood and bark substrate isn’t great because they can’t dig burrows in it, and burrows are how they regulate temperature and moisture, as well as where they feel safe.

It needs a mix of peat moss or (CLEAN) topsoil with no fertilizers or chemicals. Your enclosure as it is sucks.

Besides unacceptable conditions they are obligatory night hunters. The OP is like someone living in downtown Sydney wondering why koalas don't come and eat the euc leaves left on the back porch.

Disturbed from native habitat. Damp substrate 12-18 inches deep. The only time they are out during daylight is when habitat is disturbed.

It looks like you have an emperor scorpion. Scorpions don’t eat as often as other pets, especially if they are younger(I’ll explain later). The temperature, humidity, substrate, and hiding places of the terrarium have to be sorta perfect in order for scorpions to feed and be active normally. Even if all of those are perfect I’ve noticed personally that they are also very picky and go from just hours to even months between every meal. Also because it is a 2i it might be about to molt into a 3i but most likely not, judging at the pictures. I recommend feeding it smaller or pre cut insects as well because large prey can also scare the scorpion.
