Help!

My millipede is really ill! He's very lethargic, and not eating, I took him out to check him over and it looked like tiny white worms were coming out its rear end. Does he have a parasitic infection? Is there a way to get rid of it?

Sometimes nematodes from the substrate attack animals as they die and may not be the cause. You can try moving it to a clean cage.
