Hi guys!

Sorry if this is the wrong forum to ask, but I'm really curious about my rufilata's sex.

Here're some shots:

I would really appreciate your help!

Thanks in advance and best regards,

Hey guys! Thanks for the replys! I really want my rufilata to be female! And "billopelma" you give me some more hope!
Maybe it's good to mention that my T. is very hungry, and that's the reason why she is so skinny (after the molting) . I don't know why, but she has not ate anything for a month or so... Maybe she was preparing for the molting, I don't know. When she starts to eat, I'll make some more pics, when she's not so skinny and then try again with the sex. :)

But, if there're more opinions, please don't hesitate to post. :worship:

Your photo isn't the greatest for making a good determination and I wouldn't say that one is glaringly female but in this particular instance it's more that it doesn't look at all male. The rufilata males are rather notorious for their obvious bald triangle or what some refer to on other species as the 'dot'...

im not a rufliata specialist but from the research i did on pokie sexing the bump b/w the booklungs as well as the shape and hair b/w the booklungs combined with the lack of the distinguisable white line id say male.
