She was fine few weeks ago but now I noticed this on her and also that she refuses to eat. What is that? injury?

That looks like a cyst close to bursting. I suggest you stop feeding her till she moults shes a big girl so shouldbe ok with this, make sure she has access to clean water 24/7 and hope she moults before it bursts.
If it does burst you want to try and remove any gunk from the cyst (you don't want infection) and quickly cover in cornstarch.
If it leaves a big hole and cornstarch isn't stopping the "bleeding " I was informed by @HooahArmy you can use wound seal for larger wounds.

Didn't stop eating because of the cyst, it stopped eating because it's already fat.
